Enhancement Request: Update Shells Should Populate Group Audit Logs

Members added to project groups (Project > Admin mode > User Administration > Groups > Open a Group > Members tab) are disappearing.
This occurs one or more days later.
Audit Log for the group shows multiple "Member Added" Action entries for users being re-added after they disappear.
There are no "Member Deleted" Action entries for these same users.
