User Access Filters Are Not Working As Expected (In 12.2.5 Same Filter Access Used To Work )

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6.2 version, DM-Gen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User access filters are not working as expected (In 12.2.5 same filter access used to work )

Demantra standard user filter access is not working as expected example we are giving full access for particular region but in worksheet access behaving as read only and also i am attaching document with screenshots.

Customer creates a user with no filters
He runs a worksheet with filters on different levels including Line of Business -->member LM
The worksheet looks good. The editable series are editable
Customer then edits the user and adds filters on
Line Of Business--Select member LM
Region-->select member India

Now logins as that same user and opens the same worksheet. Notices:
The editable series is greyed out
The filters in the worksheet designer have Region added with India selected in addition to the other filters that had been selected
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the series still remain editable


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a user with filters
2. Run worksheet as that user


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit series
