Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, NMS Infrastructure

Model Errors showing 0 nominal voltage on NO Bypass Switches

Project has a model errors in one substation. The Error and Statistics dialog is showing message: "Incorrect Nominal Voltage (0) for the nodes of NO Bypass switches. These are bypass switches for reclosers which are normally open devices and should not contribute to turning entire substation into model error state.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Log in to Web Workspace
2. Open Feeder Load Summary from Tools
3.Search for BRECKENRIDGE Sub feeders in Model Error state
4.Right click on one feeder and bring up 'Error and Statistics' dialog
5. Observe error messages showing missing voltage on nodes of NO Bypass Switches
