importApplication Fails on 11.3 with Custom Workbench 'Tools' in Place (Doc ID 2421397.1)

Symptoms

We have custom tools that we use in our Workbench console introduced via the ws-mainMenu.xml & ws-extensions.xml files as documented.

We can export the application using exportApplication, however when we attempt to use importApplication we are getting an error and the import will not complete seemingly because of this customization.

 

Changes

Custom IFCR Tools have been introduced through the ws-mainMenu.xml & ws-extensions.xml files
Recent upgrade to 11.3
