Symptoms

Replinishment (replattr) attribute modification not recognizing a data element change when changing the replenishment method from min/max to constant. After the replenishment method is updated, Looking at repl_attr_update_head and repl_method_ind is null, repl_method reflects the change from min/max to constant, max_stock reflects the modification. The batch is not updating the changes due to the repl_method_ind being null even though repl_method is changed.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Created item list
- Created location list
- Perform replenishment mass item change using item list/location list
- Change replenishment method to CONSTANT
- Set Max Stock value to 1
- Click UPDATE radio button
- Click OK
