Clicking Download File Link For an XML Export Pops UP Error: "File not found in the server. Please contact your Administrator."

When attempting to Export a Project to XML format on P6 Web, the following error occurs:
File not found in the server. Please contact your Administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web.
2. Export a Project to an XML format (either Primavera P6 XML or MSP XML).
3. After the Export is completed, click the "Download File" link to download the exported file.
4. An alert window pops up showing above message.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download the exported XML file.
