Information in this document applies to any platform.
Specific LDAP user gets directed to reset password screen every time when trying to login to Web Client.
When refreshing the browser, it logs into Web Client.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Login page of web client
2. Enter the ldap user id and login password
3. Page gets directed to reset password screen
4. Refresh the browser
