Wbmgr -Print Command Returns IllegalPositionName when a Corruption Exists in the Workbook (Doc ID 2421660.1)

The wbmgr -print command fails with below error when a corruption exists in the Workbook database (db).

 The expectation is that the utility should print a message to user that the workbook is corrupted instead of throwing an exception.
