Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0 version 21, when launching Customer Center via Java Network Launch Protocol (JNLP) the default values in the JNLP file are not used.

For example, in the JNLP file:

However, the host and port are not used.

Is it possible to set default values for these so that users do not have to manually enter them?
