Goal
How does BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) load balancing functionality behave in the following cases ?
Test scenario :
-A CM (Connection Manager) with 2 entries for the same dm_pointer (the entries point to different hosts,DM_HOST_1 and DM_HOST_2)
1. If at flow start time DM_HOST_2 is down and it comes back up later on, from that point onward will the requests be balanced between the dm_pointers ?
2. If at flow start time both DM_HOST(s) are up and later on, one goes down (and comes back up again after a while) from that point onward will the requests be balanced between the dm_pointers ?
