C2M - Install Event Is Created In Pending Status (manual Meter) during Activity Completion from MWM (Doc ID 2422408.1)

C2M/SOM - MWM integration:

During Meter Install completion, the "Install Device" Completion Event BO process creates an Install Event, but leaves it in Pending status.  According to SOM Script D1-CTranIEvt, this should move to the On status.  MWM is sending a deviceStatusLeft = 1, and MDM sees this as D1CN (per the demo DVM mapping of MeterStatus).
