ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
How to configure ASCP , so planning give priority to SO over Forecast , when Suggest Due Date for both of these demand falls within Total Lead Time
Example : For Item A , the Lead Time is 30 days
Forecast Demand is 100 and Due Date is May 10, 2018
Sales Order Demand is 150 and Due Date is May 18 ,2018

Currently: The Planning is Pegging On Hand to Forecast FIRST and rest of the supply is pegged to SO and then Create Planned Order for 130 Qty

Business Requirement: Because both of these demand fall within Lead Time of Item A, the Plan should Peg supply to SO and then ASCP need to create Planned Order and peg this Planned order(30 units) to SO and FORECAST Demand( Planned Order Qty 100)
