Symptoms

When running recreateAgile script the following error occurs. The error is displayed in agile9schema.log.

ERROR
IMP-00403:

Warning: This import generated a separate SQL file "agile9schema_sys.sql" which contains DDL that failed due to a privilege issue.

About to enable constraints...
Import terminated successfully with warnings.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run recreateAgile script on Oracle Database 12cR2 (12.2.0.1.0)
