Unable to View the Options in the Download Blank Template Drop Down for RMS Inquiry User Role (Doc ID 2422559.1)

Symptoms

Unable to view the options in the Download Blank Template drop down even when inquiry privileges are given in Oracle Retail Application Administration Console (ORAAC).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Log in to RMS server using a RMS_INQUIRY_JOB where the privileges below are enabled
        a. RMS_FOUNDATION_DATA_VIA_SPREADSHEET_INQUIRY_DUTY
        b. RMS_ITEM_INQUIRY_DUTY
        c. RMS_ITEM_LIST_INQUIRY_DUTY
        d. RMS_ITEM_LOCATION_INQUIRY_DUTY
        e. RMS_ITEM_SUPPLIER_INQUIRY_DUTY
2. Go to the Data Loading menu. From the Tasks menu, select Foundation Date > Data Loading.
3. Notice that Download Blank Template menu is available and the “Type” drop down is empty .
