On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, ENV - Environment
Off-Cycle Bill Generator not including all frozen financial transaction for SA when a ADHOC bill is created on a specific SA. It Ignores prior frozen payment transactions.
Problem statement: Payment FTs are not added to a bill generated with Off Cycle Bill Generator when Off Cycle Bill Generator is linked to Service Agreement.
According to the documentation, for off cycle bill generator bills:
• Adjustments linked to the off cycle bill generator are linked to the bill
• If the off cycle bill generator is linked to a service agreement, then all financial transactions associated with the SA are linked to the bill
Impact: Customer will receive an Off Cycle Bill which will not show all the transactions related to a Service Agreement.
