Error Message "Encountered exception, session marked for rollback” Occurs in Resolve Transaction UI (Doc ID 2422864.1)

Symptoms

In RMB v2.6.0.1.0 against FW v4.3.0.4, at the time of Resolving Product workflow, getting an error message that affects the approval.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Error message is displayed "Encountered exception, session marked for rollback”.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to Approve the changes made.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Approval Transaction, search with existing Approval Transaction ID.
2. Open approval transaction.
3. Change description and Save.
It shows above error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot resolve workflow.
