Goal
Question 1: Ran the OFSAA upgrade installation from 8.0.2 to 8.0.6.
The following errors appeared during upgrade:
Error 1:
Creating logs folder in FTP share path
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.commons.vfs2.impl.StandardFileSystemManager).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

Kerberos username [<USER>]: <USER>
Kerberos password for <USER>:
Exception while connecting to SFTP org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Could not connect to SFTP server at "sftp://<USER>:***@<SERVER NAME> /"
As it is a silent installation was not expecting that the installation is prompting for an input. Does this have any harm on installation?
Question 2: In the installation output log the following errors are thrown:
Summary will be written to : ../log/DMTMigrationUtilityReport.log
Detailed logs can be found in : ../log/DMTMigrationUtility.log
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.ofs.aai.etl.migration.ClsUUtilityMain.main(ClsUUtilityMain.java:301)

If not using any T2T Data mappings can above error be ignored?
Question 3: In case any T2T is missed to convert into DB from xml after 8.0.6 upgrade, is there any issue in running the DMT utility on 8.1?
