Error "ProviderException" While Using File Transfer Option For File To Unifier Synchonization (Doc ID 2423414.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the file transfer feature in Gateway for creating BP records in Unifier and testing the project creation, the following error occurs:

Failure: com.oracle.pgbu.pdi.provider.ProviderException
com.oracle.pgbu.pdi.provider.ProviderException


STEPS
-----------------------
  1. Created the CSV file, according with the procedure indicated in the Gateway File Provider Setup Guide Version 17, for the File to Unifier synchronization.
  2. Tested this synchronization by using the out of the box project information mapping
  3. Above error is thrown.
