DMKR_ENTITIES Table Is Not Updating When A New User Logs Into Documaker Interactive (Doc ID 2423974.1)

Symptoms

A new user is logging into Documaker Interactive (DI). The user is authenticated and access to DI is granted, but the DMKR_ENTITES table is not updated.
