Error "java.lang.InterruptedException" When Attempting to Publish Enterprise Data (Doc ID 2424347.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Publish Enterprise Data global scheduled service, the job usually takes a long time to complete or eventually fails, and the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\services\jt_enterprise\<date-time>_FAILED.log file shows the following error.

If a separate p6services.jar process and configuration is being used to handle job services, the location of the files will be the <p6services.jar location>\WebAccessLogs\services\jt_enterprise\ directory.
