Facing Issue With Insbridge IBSS Configuration Installed On JBoss-eap-6.1 (Doc ID 2424502.1)

Symptoms

On : 4.7.1 version, SoftRater Engine

Issue with Insbridge IBSS configuration installed on JBoss-eap-6.1

Issue with IBSS configuration - while adding new Subscriber/Environments it doesn’t reflect and gives error message first time as "C:\Program Files\Oracle\IGBU\Insbridge\config\insbridge.net.softraterconfig.instance.xml (The system can not find the file specified)"
  
When trying to add a new Subscriber/Environment it does not work and no changes get reflected in the system.

Error from server logs are as :

Error from server logs are as :

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. install IBSS service on Insbridge as instructions given in document "Insbridge SoftRater JBoss Installation Guide.pdf".
2. Attempt to configure IBSS Subcriber and Environments details from the URL http://localhost:8080/IBSS/
