One claim is stuck with processing error even after resending with overwrite flag set to Y.
The only information given is the error below:
IT has re-sent the claim with overwrite indicator 'Y' – this is the standard process to get the claim back to a workable status. The processing error still exists. This is only happening for one claim and there is no workaround.
Oracle’s assistance is needed to resolve this claim.
The expected result is the claim would process or clear when resending.
“GEN-PROC-ERR: An error occurred in processing the request; for more information about the error search the logging for occurrences of "java.lang.NullPointerException"
Due to this issue, the claim can't be processed.
