Unable to Configure SiteMinder SSO With Instantis EnterpriseTrack and "This page can't be displayed" is Shown Instead of EnterpriseTrack Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is trying to enable SSO on Instantis EnterpriseTrack using SiteMinder. As per the documentation, user has requested for REMOTE_USER parameter in response and enabled SSO authentication on Instantis EnterpriseTrack.
However, when browsing the SSO URL, https://servername/SiteWand/Submission/etrack/SSOLogin, it is being authenticated by SiteMinder, but users not able to open the EnterpriseTrack application, and the following error occurs: "This page can't be displayed."
The user therefore needs to know the significance of the fields* in the SSO Authentication Page:
- SSO Login URL
- SSO Logout URL
- SSO Public Key for RSA
- * SSO Authentication Token Name
- Authentication Host
- * Authentication Type
The user also needs to verify the statement below in the Security Documentation for Instantis and why there are statements that OAM or another SAML SP is needed for Instantis.
Authentication Options Section: "Single Sign-On (SSO) EnterpriseTrack can support SAML-based SSO where the EnterpriseTrack application acts as the service provider and can use the user's Identity Provider to authenticate users."

Documentation should address the necessary fields and purpose of each field so that the user can properly configure EnterpriseTrack for SiteMinder SSO.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there is a requirement to use SSO for Instantis for the customer. The documentation states Instantis acts as a service provider for SAML, yet there is not enough information to make this successfully work.
