Goal

We are able to create duplicate items for a storeroom in a created state. The system will generate an error when trying to activate. However, we think that this error should occur when the item enters the created status, not active. This would prevent rework and confusion with employees.

Error:  Only one active stock item detail can be created for a stock item detail in a storage location per stock item detail class
