Defect: Group By For Task Resulted In Unexpected Order

When customer customized Tasks View by enabled Group By with Received field, the result is not in expected order.

Result should be in expected order

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Unifier R17 environment
2. Proxy in as coadmin
3. Switch to Home page
4. Switch to Tasks node
5. Check View - All Tasks
6. Customize the View - All Tasks by:
Filters tab - has the Field Received equals DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM A
Group By tab - Group By Received ordering Ascending
7. Save the View
8. Noticed the Tasks were grouped by Received as expected, but not in the expected order.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the expected order by using Group By feature for Tasks.
