Goal

Cut for Non Payment Activity and O/B FA Message to MWM does not include Collection Details

Collection Data Details are empty in Cut No Pay Activity.

Steps:

Setup system to issue a Cut-No Pay using Severance Process.
Run SET batch.
FA record is created (as expected)
Activity orchestrator is created (as expected)
- Collection Data Details are empty (not expected)
Activity specific is created (as expected)
Outbound Communication created (as expected)
- Collection Data details are empty (not expected)

MWM subsequently Collection Data details in MWM's Activity are empty.
