C1-BLGEN Trying To Delete & Re-generate Frozen Bill Segments (Doc ID 2425371.1)

Last updated on MARCH 06, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version 2.6.0.1.0 to 2.6.0.1.0 [Release 2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : ORMB 2.6.0.1.0 version, BI - Billing

C1-BLGEN batch is trying to delete (and possibly) re-generate frozen bill segments.

Bill cycle is WPDY (Daily) and bill cycle switch is Y for 03-JUN-18. It is set to N for 04-JUN-18 though but during batch submission (Attached logs) date passed is 03-JUN-18

C1_FINTRANOP is set to N so it does not re-generate.

Batch should just try to freeze bill segments and not re-generate (As per user guide also)
