**Any examples provided in this article do not represent real life personal/confidential information**
**Disclaimer:** This KM article may include the following abbreviations:

CCB/CC&B - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing
MWM - Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management

On : 2.4.0.3.0 version, FO - Field Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
-----------------------------
Disable Appointment Start and End Date after retrieving Appointments is not working

Get Appointment are used to retrieve appointments from MWM using appointment service ,but the Start and End Date fields are not disable even after using the feature configuration.

Feature Config Type : FA Integration
Option Type : Allow Forced Appointments - Option Value : N
Option Type : Allow Manual Appointments - Option Value : N
Option Type : Allow Narrowing of Appointment Window - Option Value : N

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Start and End Date fields are disabled after using the feature configuration.

For APS CCB System is integrated with MWM to fetch appointments and a Custom Java User Exit is build to fetch and Appointments from MWM and render back on the Screen in realtime manner. After Appointment Periods are rendered , user
is able to edit the Date Time and Book an Appointment though using Above Feature Configuration Options . This leaks in the ability for user to change the appoinment periods while Booking an Appointment in CCB and results in wrong appointment periods saved in CCB System.
