Last updated on JULY 23, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Health Insurance Enterprise Policy Administration - Version 2.17.3.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Previously group accounts could be deleted by selecting the delete button in the group account screen. In the current version an error is being generated when trying to delete a group account.
Expected behavior is that Group accounts can be removed when they are not being used on a policy.

ERROR
-----------------------
GEN-RULE-020: The entity "GroupAccountProductDomain Primary Key> 798,011" cannot be updated because it has changed or been deleted since it was last read

No change has been done the group account prior to the delete. If you close the screen and retrieve the group account again the message still appears.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retrieve a group account:2.Press the delete button to delete the group account and confirm the delete.
3. Now the following error appears:
GEN-RULE-020: The entity "GroupAccountProductDomain Primary Key> 798,011" cannot be updated because it has changed or been deleted since it was last read
4.The application log does not contains any information related to what went wrong. In previous patches or releases we were able to delete group accounts by using the delete button.

Due to this issue, incorrectly created group accounts cannot be removed.
