Newsfeed Entry For Monthly Cycle Forward Event Does Not Have Billinfo Populated (Doc ID 2425540.1)

After purchase a monthly cycle forward (MCF), check the newsfeed entries for the account and see that it is not populated. This becomes an issue when an account has multiple billinfos because the MCF charges are visible in the newsfeeds of all the billinfos.

Newsfeed entry should have the billinfo populated.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create an account with one of the OOB services.
2. Purchase the monthly cycle forward deal for the OOB service from billing care.
3. Use SQL to check the newsfeed entries for the account.
