The report was scheduled to the invalid Japan license by batch print (Doc ID 2425664.1)

Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Japan - Version 8.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When schedule the report via Batch print,

system schedules the report to the invalid Japan license which does not exists in the case form > Analysis > PMDA info tab.

Here are sample scenario:

PRODUCT (A) has the following licensed in the Argus console > Business Configuration > Products and Licenses.
There are
multiple Marketed licenses.

- JP-MKT-001 (Japan / MKT / Aware date: 01-MAR-2018)
- JP-MKT-002 (Japan / MKT / Aware date: 01-JAN-2018 / "Exclude from Report Candidates" flag is ON)

In the case form > product tab, the license "JP-MKT-001" has been selected.

In the case form > analysis > PMDA info tab, the license "JP-MKT-002" does not populate because the "Exclude from Report Candidates" flag is ON to this license which is correct behavior.

When scheduling the report by Batch print via case action > open, select the
Marketed license from the drop down.

System schedules the report to the license "JP-MKT-002" because this is the oldest aware date.

Since this license is a invalid Japan license so system should not schedule the report to this license.
