Static Table Driver Allocation Fails With C [libstdc++.so.6+0xbedec] std::string::assign(std::string const&)+0x2c Errors After Applying FSDF 8.0.5.1 (Doc ID 2425665.1)

Symptoms

On PFT have defined an allocation rule using static table driver and executed the same from allocation rule summary UI.
The status returned is failure but no logs in the log.
No rows are written in the FSI_MESSAGE_LOG table for this rule. The nohup.out from $FIC_DB_HOME/bin shows the following error:
