Goal
On : 7.5.0.20.0 version, Core Billing
The pin_bill_accts process during bill run is currently utilizing high CPU across all servers which last more than 20 minutes above our PRODUCTION threshold. Why ?
User wants to keep the CPU Usage below 90% threshold during pin_bill_accts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to $PIN_HOME/apps/pin_bill_accts/
2. Execute pin_bill_accts -pay_type 10009 -verbose -active (for 2.2M Billing Accounts)
