Timesheet Approval Page in P6 Web Hangs Indefinitely

When attempting to load the 'Approve Timesheets' page in the P6 Web application, the page hangs indefinitely.
Timesheet approval page within P6 should load in a timely manner.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to P6 Web.
- Click the Dashboard dropdown, then click Approve Timesheets.
- The page hangs indefinitely while loading data.
