Task Must Have At Least One Access Time Window Errors are reported in Scheduler Batch Log (Doc ID 2426119.1)

Symptoms

We are getting the below errors continuously for some of the completed tasks in scheduler job logs. Why is the completed task being picked up by the scheduler.
