Getting error "Illegal characters in path" when launching GElect2Oracle Extractor

I downloaded and installed GElectric Data Extractor 1.11. Then created shortcut and put in the following as Target:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\OracleTUGBU\Oracle GElectric Data Extractor\GElec2Oracle.exe" -r "C:\Program Files (x86)\OracleTUGBU\Oracle GElectric Data Extractor\GElec2Oracle.mdb"

But when I double click shortcut, I got error "Illegal characters in path".





A similar "Illiegal characters in path" error can also occur with the AIToCentricity extractor
