On : 2.2.0.3.13 version, Period of Unavailability

Jobs Are Not Getting Reassigned To Another Available Shift

1. Create a Crew Shift and an Activity
2. Manually dispatch the Activity to the Crew Shift
3. Create a leave POU for that day (or otherwise make the shift inactive)
