User With Access Rights to a Single Store is Unable to Access a Saved Transfer Request

On Store Inventory Management (SIM) 16.0.1 in Shipping and Receiving, when a user with access rights to a single store accesses a saved Transfer Request the following error occurs:
Error: Store Access Denied - Store ID.
If the user has access to both the requesting and fulfilling stores, the above error doesn't show.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a user with access to a single store
- Login with the user
- Go to Transfer
- Click on Create Request
- Give Store Details
- Click on Apply
- Add Items, enter requested quantity OR directly click on Save
- Try to Access the Saved Request. System throws Error: Store Access Denied - Store ID.
