Symptoms

User is unable to change any System options value in the Retail Merchandising System (RMS), encountered the below error message.

Steps to Recreate

1. Log into RMS application.
2. Navigate to Application Administration > System Options.
3. Try to Edit Worksheet PO Cleanup Delay and Completed Orders value.
4. Click on Save and Close.
5. User is encountered with above error message.
