Errors when updating event details for SWP from swtiching

When updating Event Details for a SWP event from web switching, there are a lot of errors in the log and the first time you try to save you get a jbot exception.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

To reproduce, create a switch plan and transition to the scheduled state. Not sure if it needs scheduled state, but that is what I was testing. From the switch plan, bring up event details for the SWP event. When the data loads in event details, you will see many errors in the console log. Enter information in the Operations Event Note field and press save. You will get a jbot error. This only seems to happen the first time you load event details for a SWP event after logging in, so it seems like something might not be getting initialized. If you bring up event details from the workagenda, you do not see these issues.
