Goal

Need an enhancement for supporting multivalued characteristics in UIM?.

Use case:
There is relationship between Provisioning Codes and Controller Codes. One Provisioning code can have multiple Controller codes.
The Provisioning Code Custom Object has a characteristic called Controller Codes, which today are being stored as comma separated values.
If UIM is able to support mutlivalued chars, customer would be able utilize the feature to better model it.
