In Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) version 6.0.1, the Provisioning Interface (PI) provides a mechanism for manipulating data in the database using an Application Programming Interface (API). It enables bulk or scripted operations on the data to be completed, where a human operator using the Java administration screens would be inefficient or error-prone.

localTZ parameter, sets the time zone the PI uses for sending and receiving dates. It uses a function called PIcCommands_convertGMT2Local which converts from GMT to the TZ specified in the config.

The function is used by the following PI commands: ACSPFL, NPDS1, CCSCD1,CCSSC3, CCSCD7.
