'Assigned To Me' Filter Pagination Issue In Payment Suspense

Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.20.0 version, Billing Care
Steps to reproduce the issue :
---------------------------------
1. Make 11 Payments assigned to some user
2. Make 23 Payments assigned to user "ABCD"
3. Suspense search screen initial load has 25 records as per the pagination limit
4. Include -> 'Assigned to me' filter criteria under Suspense category and then click update
Expected Result: All the 23 records should be displayed
Actual Result: It is displaying 20 records
