Symptoms
During the upgrade to TMS 5.2.1, your hitting an error while creating FRDomain and configuring Weblogic servers for the TMS 5.2.1 application. The error message is as follows:
"CFGFWK-64254: Error occurred in "OPSS Processing" phase execution"
