Migration Tool Dialog Disappears While Migrating Large SQL Server P6 Database (Doc ID 2428025.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Migration tool dialog disappears some time after the migration starts.

Migration log stops growing and the last entry is "Begin Table Load <Table name>" (Example:  "Begin Table Load VIEWPROP").

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tool dialog should always show.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Start DB migration using migration tool.
  2. Wait while migration process progresses.
  3. Notice that the tool dialog disappears.
