Symptoms
When attempting to connect Gateway to P6, the following errors occur.

When testing a P6 Deployment:
Error in Connection: Verify connection parameters and try again.
The response was: Connection unsuccessful, Please verify the XML configuration.
Timestamp is missing from message. Message cannot be processed without timestamp.
