Stock Order Reconciliation Does Not Allow Adjustment Type Freight Claim For In-Transit Transfers

The “Stock Order Reconciliation” screen does not allow the user to apply adjustment type “Freight Claim” for in-transit transfers. The following message is displayed:
“This shipment has not been received yet and may only be adjusted by Forced Receipt.”
There is no way to have a receipt in cases where a shipment complete lost or damaged. When the user applies “Forced Receipt” then using Freight Claim is no longer an option as the UI filters received shipments.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Stock Order Reconciliation.
2. Search using Distro Type: Transfers.
3. Select any open shipment without receipts and apply Adjustment Type: Freight Claim.
