ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Java Client issues reported after upgrading the Middleware to 12.2.1.3.0 and applying Agile 9.3.6.6 (RUP6)

Known Issues:

1. UNKNOWN ERROR while trying to add Affected Items With Attachments to ECO

2. Soft delete Items / User / User Group doesn't work. No error.

3. Unable to update descriptions on never released items. No error.
