'Upload Data' Tab Does Not Have the Information Correctly Specified to Resolve the Errors Reported During Upload Process (Doc ID 2429160.1)

On 'Upload Data' tab, notice that the error dialog message displayed does not have the details correctly mentioned guiding to resolve the errors.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Login to RMS Application.
2. Click on "Foundation Data" >> "Data Loading" >> "Upload".
3. Without entering any details, click on "Upload" button.
4. Notice the below Error message displayed :
