Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.20.0 Version,

When an account has a 100% discount of the product purchase fee event, the newsfeed generation fails during product purchase.

Issue: In Billing Care transactions page, override amount not shown if it is fully discounted.

Steps to reproduce
--------------------
1. Create an account
2. Purchase Internal discount deal
3. Purchase One time product by overriding the amount

Expected Behavior: One time product override amount should be shown in transactions page.
